Sizing 尺码

What size should I get?

Check the size guide on each product page. The sizes available for that style are shown as options on the page.

M (Free Size 均码): about 40–60 kg / 80–120 斤
XL: about 60–75 kg / 120–150 斤
XXL: about 75–90 kg / 150–180 斤

Not every style comes in every size. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us before ordering.

Delivery 配送

How long will my order take?

It depends on the product, and every product page shows which applies:

Ready Stock 现货: posted within 1–3 working days.
Pre-order 预订: about 9–15 days from order to delivery.

If your order has both, we send it together once everything is in, unless you ask us to split it.

How much is shipping?

RM15 anywhere in Malaysia. Free on orders of RM120 and above.

Do you ship overseas?

WhatsApp us first and we will check what is possible for your country.

Packaging 包装

Will anyone know what is inside?

No. Every order ships in discreet packaging that looks like any ordinary parcel, with no logo or product photo, and the label does not describe the contents. There is no printed invoice inside. Your bank or card statement may still show our business name.

Offers 优惠

What offers do you have?

Buy 3, get the 3rd item at 50% off.
Free shipping on orders of RM120 and above.

Both apply automatically at checkout.

Returns 退换

Can I return or exchange?

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and adult accessories are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind or fit. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will sort it out. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
