Because we sell intimate apparel and adult accessories, hygiene rules apply. Please read this page before you order — placing an order means you accept these terms.
我们售卖的是贴身衣物和成人用品，基于卫生考量，退换有严格限制。下单前请先读完本页 — 下单即代表你同意以下条款。
1. Final sale items 不可退换商品
For hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:
- Lingerie, bodysuits, teddies and briefs 内衣、连体衣、内裤
- Stockings, socks and hosiery 丝袜、袜类
- Adult toys and accessories, once opened 成人玩具与情趣用品（拆封后）
- Any item sold at a discount or as part of a promotion 折扣品、活动赠品
基于卫生理由，以上商品一经售出，恕不退换。
2. The 5 rules 五条基本规则
- 7-day window. Claims must be raised within 7 days of the parcel being delivered. 收到包裹后 7 天内提出，逾期不受理。
- Store credit, not cash. Approved claims are refunded as store credit for your next order. 审核通过后以店铺购物金形式退还，不退现金。
- No exchanges unless we sent the wrong item. 除非是我们发错货，否则不接受换货。
- Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Used, washed or damaged items will be rejected. 必须未穿、未洗、吊牌完整，否则不受理。
- Return postage is paid by whoever is at fault — see the table below. 退货运费由责任方承担，见下表。
3. What we accept 可受理的原因
Accepted 可受理：
- Wrong item sent 发错款式
- Wrong colour sent 发错颜色
- Item arrived torn, stained or defective 商品破损、污渍、瑕疵
- Missing item from the parcel 漏发商品
Not accepted 不受理：
- Changed your mind 不想要了 / 后悔了
- Ordered the wrong size, or it doesn't fit 尺码买错、穿不下
- Didn't look like you expected 和想象中不一样

4. Wrong or missing items 发错 / 漏发怎么办
Message us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number 订单编号
- A clear photo of the item you received 收到商品的清晰照片
- A photo of the parcel and shipping label 包裹和面单的照片
We reply within 24 hours. After 7 days the order is automatically treated as completed and no claim can be made.
我们 24 小时内回复。超过 7 天，订单自动视为完成，不再受理。
5. Out of stock 缺货处理
If an item fails our quality check before shipping or is unavailable, we will refund that item to your store credit automatically and notify you.
若商品发货前未通过质检或缺货，我们会自动退回购物金并通知你。
6. What is not a defect 不算瑕疵的情况
Minor loose threads, small creases from folding, lint, or slight colour difference caused by your screen are normal for this category and are not treated as defects.
轻微线头、折叠压痕、棉絮、因屏幕色差造成的颜色差异属正常现象，不算瑕疵。
7. Return shipping 退货运费

Do not post anything back before we confirm — unapproved parcels will be returned to sender.
未经我们确认请勿自行寄回，擅自寄回的包裹会被退回。
